4 days Istanbul to Istanbul

Day 1 22,April
Welcome to Turkey and your ANZAC experience! Easy transfer at small cost via Havas airport bus or taxicab. to the centre and your hotel. Rest of the day free in Istanbul – a city where the east meets west. Tonight, head out to our fun Turkish Gala evening. With dinner, belly dancers and entertainment, at £20 it's value overload. Overnight – Istanbul

Day 2 23, April  Istanbul - Gallipoli - breakfast
Today, enjoy a cruise on the Bosphorus – the strait that divides European from Asian Istanbul. Afternoon drive to Gallipoli Peninsular (evening arrival) with chance to grab a bite and stretch our legs before transferring to the Dawn Service site. Sort a vantage spot on the grass or cliffs, then take in the loaded atmosphere as the legendary wait for first light commences.
Overnight – Dawn Service site (ANZAC Cove).

Day 3 24, April   ANZAC Day
Gallipoli. First light heralds the Dawn Service, then you'll have loads of time armed with your Gallipoli maps to independently explore the many trenches and memorial sites as you make your way up to Lone Pine or Chunuk Bair for the Australian or New Zealand National services. The service at Chunuk Bair usually starts about 1 hour after the Australian service at Lone Pine. If you're a Kiwi, head straight to Chunuk Bair. It's a good walk uphill and you'll be struggling to view both services. Later this afternoon, we'll depart by coach for our return to Istanbul (arrive late pm).

Day 4 25, April  Istanbul - breakfast
